For as low as $1,649 per year, your entire team can attend all ADCES public live webinars that are held between January 1 and December 31, 2020 ($2,049 for non-members), and also gain access to their recorded versions for on-demand viewing. Presented by experts in the field, ADCES webinars provide up-to-the-minute, in-depth understanding of diabetes education trends and topics. ADCES webinars are authoritative, engaging, and an outstanding value. Multiple people can participate in each webinar and receive 1.5 hours of CE credit at no extra charge.

You will have access to all public live and recorded webinars produced in 2020. One to two webinars are produced each month, with a total of approximately 13* events in 2020. All live webinars are on Wednesdays from 1:00 - 2:30 pm Eastern Time, unless noted otherwise. Recorded webinars become available 1-2 weeks after the live broadcast and can be accessed at any time, on-demand, through December 31, 2021. You will not have access to ADCES Annual Conference Sessions on Demand.
For recorded webinars, access is limited to up to 20 people per group. For groups over 20, you must purchase an additional subscription or purchase individual enrollments.

A: The annual live and recorded group webinar subscription includes automatic registration for you and your team to all PUBLIC, LIVE webinars produced by ADCES in the calendar year of 2020 (January 1-December 31, 2020), in addition to on-demand access to the recorded versions of those live webinars.
Q: How many live webinars will be held in 2020?
A: There will be 13 live webinars with CE, and at least 8 more live webinars without CE.
Q: How will I know which live webinars I am able to attend?
A: You are eligible to attend any live webinar that is listed on our website as an "upcoming webinar" (diabeteseducator.org/livewebinars)
Q: How many people in my group are included in the annual live and recorded group webinar subscription?
A: For the live webinar subscription, you can have an unlimited number of people in your group, but you MUST watch from one connection, at one location. If you have groups at branch/satellite locations, separate subscription package(s) must be purchased for them.

Q: How will I receive the live webinar login information?
A: The person who purchases the subscription ("group leader") will receive an email from ADCES Education the week before the webinar and again on the morning of the webinar, containing the webinar login details and link to the participant handouts (containing CE credit instructions and copies of the slides).
Q: Will I have access to ADCES recorded webinars with this subscription?

A: You will have access to the recorded group webinar subscription through December 31, 2021.
Q: How will I know when a new recorded webinar becomes available?
A: New recorded webinars become available 1-2 weeks after the live broadcast. As new recorded webinars become available, they will automatically appear under your subscription.
Q: How do I access the recorded webinars?
A: Within 5 business days of registering, you will receive an enrollment code and instructions via email from ACES Education. You must distribute the code and instructions to your team so they can each enroll themselves in the 2020 recorded group webinar subscription. After you have already redeemed the enrollment code, you can return to the "My Learning" link at diabeteseducator.org whenever you want to log back in to your subscription.
Q: Is the annual live and recorded group webinar subscription discounted from the regular group webinar price?
A: YES! Not only do you get peace of mind with not worrying about registering for each webinar separately, but by purchasing the subscription, you are getting a heavy discount per webinar off the regular price.
Q: I watched a live webinar and claimed my CE credit. Can I watch the recorded webinar and also claim CE credit for that?
A: NO. If you earned CE credit by attending a live webinar, you are not eligible to earn CEs for it again by viewing its recording.

To satisfy the
requirements for renewal of certification for the Certification Board for
Diabetes Care and Education (CBDCE), continuing education activities must be
diabetes related and approved by a provider on the CBDCE list of Approved
Providers (www.ncbde.org). CBDCE does not approve
continuing education. The Association of Diabetes Care & Education
Specialists is on the CBDCE list of Approved Providers.
Certified Advanced Diabetes Management (BC-ADM)
is the administering body for the Advanced Diabetes Management credentials.
Continuing education programs offered by ADCES can be used toward fulfilling
BC-ADM Certification and recertification requirements.
