Pattern Management: Combating Clinical Inertia
Pattern Management is a self-paced, 3-module online course that focuses on analyzing blood glucose data in a systematic manner to intensify therapy and combat clinical inertia. Modules include:

Module 3: The Impact of Technology on Pattern Management
At the end of this course, you will be able to:
• Define pattern management and the benefits and limitations for diabetes education and care.
• Describe best practices and therapeutic options related to pattern management.
• Apply learning to 10 case studies.
• Identify current technological interfaces and anticipated impact on practice.
After completing this course, learners will be able to use pattern management as a tool to designed strategies and set goals for achieving and maintaining optimal BG control.
CE Credit Information
3.5 contact hours of continuing education credit.
There is a post-learning assessment at the end of the course, with a mandatory passing rate of 70%. You will have three (3) attempts to pass. Upon successfully completing the entire course and the post-learning assessment, and submitting an evaluation survey, learners will receive 3.5 hours of continuing education credit and a Statement of Credit. CE credit for this course must be earned by 12/15/2019.

continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's
Commission on Accreditation. This

The American Association of Diabetes Educators,

professional education units (CPEUs) for completion of this program. Continuing
