Enrollees should have a minimum of 2-3 years providing diabetes care and education as the primary or exclusive focus of your practice. DO NOT enroll in this program immediately following completion of the Diabetes Care Education Specialist Certificate: Basic. You need to meet the 2-3 year requirement noted above.
